Petitions for Niagara Falls School Board available beginning Monday

Petitions will be available starting Monday for those interested in running for the Niagara Falls School Board this spring.

Those interested in being a candidate for School Board can pick up petitions from the District Clerk's Office in the administration building, 630 66th St., between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Completed petitions must be filed in the District Clerk's Office by 5 p.m. April 30.

Two seats on the nine-member board will be up in this election, seats currently held by Arthur Jocoy Jr. and Nick Vilardo.

The budget vote and board election will be held May 20.
