Weather forces Dyster's State of the City to be rescheduled for second time

Mayor Paul A. Dyster's State of the City address scheduled for Wednesday night has been rescheduled for Feb. 26 due to the predicted winter storm expected to hit the area.

This is the second time the address has been rescheduled. It was originally to take place Jan. 29, but was postponed due to inclement weather.

The event will be held at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. Doors open at 5:30 and the speech will begin at 6 p.m. The public is invited.
