Plans for Tony Rome's in Niagara Falls to be reviewed this week

The city Planning Board on Wednesday will review a proposal for a Tony Rome's restaurant to be located in the Holiday Inn at 114 Buffalo Ave.

The 13,500-square-foot, two-story project is being proposed by the hotel owner, Merani Holding LLC.

Tony Rome's Globe Hotel & Restaurant has its original location on Main Street in East Aurora.

The Falls project, which also includes a second-floor gaming arcade, got approved by the Niagara County Planning Board in December.

The city Planning Board will meet at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers in City Hall, 745 Main St.
