Second 'Neighbor' session planned for DeVeaux

The second in a series of planned public forums in various city neighborhoods is coming to DeVeaux.

The Niagara Falls City Council's "Neighbor to Neighbor" series will continue Saturday, April 12 with an 11 a.m. session at Maple Avenue Elementary School, 952 Maple Ave.

In addition to members of the Council, Niagara County Legislator Jason Zona is also scheduled to attend.

Residents are invited to address and discuss any topic at these sessions. Lawmakers have characterized these meetings as a less formal setting than what occurs during the public comment portion of Council meetings.

The series, which aims to increase dialogue between lawmakers and residents, was announced at the end of January.
