Public hearing set for July 14 on proposed changes to garbage, recycling law

A public hearing will be held July 14 on the proposed changes to city codes required to enact the new garbage and recycling program.

The hearing will be held at 4 p.m. in Council Chambers in City Hall, 745 Main St.

Under the Dyster administration's proposal, the city's existing garbage and recycling laws would be replaced. Here's the complete proposal for the new garbage and recycling law:
